It's summer again... and that means that you're going to be sweating a lot more. I want to give you some tips on how you can stay cool, dry and maybe a little trick that I use myself to stop from sweating all day.

First, make sure that you are drinking at least one gallon of water a day. A GALLON?! Yep, a gallon. Now, if you're not working out, you can get by with a bit less. For all you gym bros and gals out there, though, you need to be drinking a lot of water. This will help your body to stay cool because you perspire more, it will help with muscle recovery, and with mental clarity. Am I a doctor? Nope, but I don't need a medical degree to tell you that you need a lot of water to stay cool and healthy.

Secondly, try deep breathing. For me personally, deep breathing has always been helpful when I start sweating under my arms, because I get anxious a lot when socializing. Breathing deeply will help your body to process oxygen at a higher rate and will help your mind settle down if. It also helps you take a second to focus on your anxiety and to calm yourself and relieve some of your excessive sweating.

Third, try Maxim® antiperspirant. If you struggle with underarm sweating or any type of excessive sweating, you need to try Maxim. I use it every day and if I didn't have access to it, I don't know what I would do when it comes time to giving presentations in class or going out on the weekends. Try Maxim®, get your first bottle, and stop your sweating!!
